Most people don’t think students begin preparing for their career in elementary school, but we think they do. Every level of every skill a student learns is one step closer to mastering the skills they will need for the job they think they might want.
We have programs that will introduce students to different career areas and explore the student’s personal interests and talents.
High School
To respect student privacy, we do not reveal their names or photos. But we can and do reveal what they say about how we helped them.
The high school level is where the students begin to understand that the work they do in school is really the building of a foundation for their career. If they have gaps in their learning, we can help them fill those gaps. If their learning is not at the level it needs to be to achieve the education they will need for their dream job, we can help with that, too.
By high school, most teens have thought about career options. We will start wherever you are and help you begin to prepare for your first career decision.
Adult
The adults who use our program are usually working in a job below their potential. We work with those who never finished high school, or barely made it, and have been struggling ever since. We also work with those who have some college, but dream of doing something bigger than their current job. Wherever you are in your life, if something is keeping you down, tell us about it and let us help!
The adults who choose to work with us are ready for a change. Each case is different, and the progress plan we write together will be for you. This group will have the longest progress plan and will receive help from our college and career staff, as well as our tutors as needed. Whatever roadblocks you believe are in your way, We know we can help you find a way around them.
Success is driven by the individual’s desire to succeed.
There are times when the student must work alone, with no help from materials, internet, or humans. There are times when the students will get help, and times when we want to be the ones to provide needed help. If all parts of our instructions are followed the student will see success much faster.
